Kelley Stephens, a junior at Colorado State, won the men's 100-meter dash title in a wind-legal 10.45 seconds and placed second in the 200-meter final in a wind-legal 21.01 seconds at the Mountain West Conference Championships at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium in Clovis, Calif.
